provacta

You pay for cleaning.
Now you can see what you got.

For owners and operators who buy their cleaning. Your contractor works in the app and you see the same thing they do — when each room was cleaned, what was done and what was not.

What you get out of it

Plan against reality

For a day, a week or a month you see for every zone whether it was cleaned, partly cleaned, or not at all. Without walking the building with a clipboard.

Photos and times, not impressions

Every room has a time and a photo of the result. A complaint is then settled over a specific record, not over an impression from the corridor.

Tenant reports in one place

A tenant reports a problem through a link or the QR code on the spot; you and the contractor see it immediately and can follow it through to resolution.

Access per building

Managers, technicians and the contractor each get access only to what is theirs. The contractor can have their workers inside your account, or only a read-only view — whichever you agree on.

Frequently asked questions

Does our cleaning contractor have to take part?

Yes — the data is created by their workers scanning QR codes in your building. The account is yours and the contractor gets access to their buildings inside it. For them it means evidence of the work they did, so the conversation is usually easier than it sounds.

Does Provacta enforce contractual penalties?

No. Provacta shows what happened and what was missed, and gives you the evidence. Contract evaluation, penalties and invoicing are not in the system — that stays with you.

What if we have our own cleaners?

It works the same way. The only difference is who is listed as a worker — your own people or the contractor's.

Want to see your own building?

A floor plan and half an hour is all it takes to show you how it would look.
